Divine Creations offers handmade and/or custom products.

Please note:

  • Products may vary slightly due to their handmade nature

  • Colours and designs may differ slightly from images

  • Custom orders are made based on customer specifications

4. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise

  • Payment must be completed before orders are processed

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Risk passes to the customer once the item is dispatched

6. Returns and Refunds

All items sold by Divine Creations are made to order and/or custom created specifically for each customer.

Because of the personalised nature of these products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

However, under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if the item:

  • Arrives damaged or defective

  • Is significantly different from what was described or ordered

  • Has a major manufacturing fault

If you believe your item meets these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.

We will assess claims fairly and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including images, designs, logos, and text) is the property of Divine Creations and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Divine Creations is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss of profits or business

  • Website interruptions or errors

9. Disclaimer

All products and content are provided “as is” without warranties, except those required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
